A passion combined in the plural
In 2007, the Bavaud brothers decided to create the Cerise Immobilier SA agency. Alfred is an HEC economist and his brother Paul is an EPFL engineer in Civil Engineering. The primary goal of the company was to market the projects of the family architectural office in which they both operate: Archisol Sàrl.
Over the years and thanks to the development of activities which spread throughout Chablais, Alfred and Paul gradually extended their services. Whether for the validation of your land, houses or apartments, expertise or advice, PPE administration or sales, these two experts and their team are there to support you.
Multidisciplinary, they have also added rental management of chalets and apartments to their wide range of services. The Bavaud brothers are keen to promote the primary residence market and wish to offer quality chalets and apartments at prices corresponding to local budgets
